How to order
New Procedure
We are in the
early stages of building a new E-commerce system. As we add more products,
you will start to see
buttons appear in the main web site.
If you want to take a sneak peek
at the new site, go to
store.zeckhausen.com. The store has a powerful product search function
in the upper left corner. Try entering all or part of a product number
into the search box and then hit the
button. A list of available
products will appear. Select the one you want and add to your cart.
Repeat this process until you've got all the parts in your cart. Then
click the checkout button and follow the instructions on the web page.
Please be patient. It will
take time for all of the parts on our site to be added to the new system.
If you don't see the parts you want in the E-commerce site, simply follow the
old ordering procedure below:

the following information:

Shipping address (and billing address if different)

The item(s) you wish to purchase

Year, make and model of your car
DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. We will send you a
link to your shopping cart, which will be pre-loaded with the parts you've
requested. You will be able to pay securely via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
or Discover). Directions will be provided so you can log in, select your
shipping options, and check out.
If your order
is time critical, let us
know when you need your items and we'll do whatever it takes to get your parts
to you by that date. If we can't meet your deadline, we will notify you
immediately.
If we have
questions about your order or if there will be a delay in shipping, we will
contact you before processing
to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for in a timely manner.
If
you have product questions or need installation or technical advice, don't hesitate to
contact us by email at
[email protected]. Email is by
far the most efficient way to reach us. If you call, please recognize
that we may be helping other customers or working on the new E-commerce site. If we are unable to answer, please
leave a message. Speak
slowly and clearly and repeat your phone number twice, especially if you are
calling from a cell phone. It is extremely helpful if you state the year,
make, and model of your car and what type of product you are interested in.
That way, we can have appropriate reference material at hand and check inventory
before we call you back, saving you time during the return call.
