Unless otherwise specified, all goods will be shipped by UPS surface freight, pre-paid and charges added to the invoice. All domestic freight charges are invoiced at prevailing UPS rates plus insurance. The customer may specify alternate shipping (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select), at time of order for additional charge. If a UPS package arrives damaged please call 1-800-222-8893 and speak to a customer service representative who will immediately rectify the situation. For export orders outside of the United States, Zeckhausen Racing is not responsible for local custom regulations or fees. Please check with your local customs office to determine if duty will be added to your order. All goods shipped within the United States are duty free.
Zeckhausen Racing strives to ship all orders the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 4pm EST may be processed the following business day.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Zeckhausen Racing reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Zeckhausen.com further reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to limit quantities ordered. Your order will be deemed accepted by Zeckhausen Racing upon shipment of your order. Title to goods passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
7% state sales tax will be collected on all shipments to a New Jersey address, unless a valid resale certificate is on file. As of October 1, 2006, delivery charges to NJ customers are subject to NJ sales tax.
