Hawk DTC-60 is a member of the Dynamic Torque Control race pad family, similar to DTC-70, but less initial bite, slightly lower torque and an optimal temperature range starting 100 degrees F lower. An ideal rear pad, when used with DTC-70 in front, when split friction levels are desired. May also be used in front on cooler track days, when DTC-70 can't be heated sufficiently or on vehicles with street tires that may be overwhelmed by DTC-70. Relatively low rotor and pad wear rates. Operating temperature range of 400-1600 degrees F. Optimal temperature range of 700-1100 degrees F.
