Unless otherwise specified or agreed to, all goods will be shipped by UPS surface freight, pre-paid and charges added to the invoice. Domestic freight charges are invoiced at prevailing UPS rates plus insurance. The customer may specify alternate shipping (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select), at the time of order for an additional charge.
Credit cards for international orders will be accepted at Zeckhausen Racing's discretion. We may request high value orders be paid via wire transfer, prior to shipment of goods. Customers are responsible for duties or tariffs imposed by local government agencies. For shipments to Canada, United Parcel Service (UPS), will charge additional border brokerage fees on Standard (Ground) shipments. For this reason, we suggest Canadian customers consider selecting United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping, since they do not charge these fees. Feel free to contact us for help selecting the most appropriate shipping options. We can make recommendations based on our experience and your deadline.
Zeckhausen Racing is located in the United States and does not have access to complete parts data for vehicles sold in other markets. We cannot confirm fitment on all parts in our catalog for non-US or right-hand drive vehicles. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm fitment accuracy, prior to ordering. Zeckhausen Racing is not responsible for parts that do not fit non-US specification vehicles.
Zeckhausen Racing wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. We have a return policy which is fair and easy. If you wish to return an item, we will do our best to make your experience a pleasant one. You may contact us by phone (1-800-222-8893) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will gladly assist you with obtaining an exchange, credit or refund. Please provide us with your name, order number (if possible), and the part number(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the parts back to us.
We have a few simple and reasonable rules regarding returns. Please read them carefully before you make a purchase.
Please inspect the contents of your order for accuracy, defects or damage, prior to having parts installed. If a shop is performing the installation, have your technician inspect all parts, prior to beginning work on the vehicle. Zeckhausen Racing will not be responsible for labor charges, if the wrong part was ordered or received.
Returns are only allowed with prior authorization and an RMA number. Any product shortages must be reported within 7 days of receipt and original cartons saved. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of return authorization, freight prepaid. We encourage customers to use an insurable and trackable shipping method, such as UPS or FedEx, and email us the tracking number, if possible. That will help us process your return more quickly.
Returns are not allowed on products that are outdated, damaged, or otherwise not sellable as new. No returns are allowed on parts, once they have been installed or used. If the manufacturer's original packaging materials and manuals are soiled or destroyed, a restocking fee of up to 15% ($20 minimum) may be charged, so that new packaging may be obtained from the manufacturer. Products drop-shipped from a manufacturer may be subject to restocking fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Returned merchandise purchased using credit card or PayPal will be credited to your original method of payment, after inspection and approval. Please allow up to 20 days after receipt of your return for this approval process to be completed. Items purchased via cash, check, or wire transfer will be refunded in the form of a check, mailed within 10 business days after the return has been approved.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
